Elephant Rock Campground
Entry Fee Required
Elephant Rock Campground is located on the west side of Lake Murray. There is a nominal entry fee required to enter this area. The Tipp’s Point and Cedar Cove campgrounds are also within this same entry area.
The Elephant Rock Campground is primarily for RV camping. There are plenty of RV spaces available for overnight use. There is also a small area for camping. A very nice swim beach is available for use within the park area.
All camping reservations should be made online at the TravelOK website.

You should always contact the park directly before driving long distances to check camping availability.
Please be aware there are daily parking fees now required throughout Lake Murray State Park. These fees start at $10 per vehicle per day. You can find more information on the parking fees on the TravelOK.com website.

This campground is named for a large rock that sort of looks like an elephant just off shore. You can sometimes see people playing on this rock out in the lake.
